The hotel had great staff who were very helpful. the location was perfect, being within walking distance of all the attractions. I also enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna facilities.
The hotel lacked some of the amenities expected of most hotels I've stayed at. the room size was a bit small and lacked enough storage space for 3 people.

This hotel is good, very clean rooms, excellent food. We truly enjoyed staff and breakfast, everything necessary for a holiday was provided. It took only 15 minutes walk to get to parque de elche.

I recently had a fantastic week-long stay at a hotel in Benidorm. the location was perfect, with the beach just a short walk away. We also enjoyed exploring the town, especially the area near the large church and the Benidorm Palace. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. the staff provided excellent service, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the facilities, such as the clean pools and the option to use the nearby sister hotel's lounge and entertainment area. it was a great experience.
One drawback was the smoking policy in certain areas of the hotel, which may not have been ideal for non-smokers like myself.

The view from the room was amazing, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was located near the beach and some nice restaurants. The staff at the pool bar were friendly and made good cocktails.
The room was not properly cleaned and the bathroom smelled bad. The reception staff was unhelpful and dismissive of our complaints.
